5-stageEnrollment pipeline CRM
The challenge
Capitol Barber College opened its doors with a starter Google Site: a logo, an address, and a Google Form. Interested students had no real place to learn about the program, applications lived in a spreadsheet, and the public had no idea they could walk in for a $10 haircut. The school needed a professional web presence that matched the quality of its training, without touching the owner's existing Google email.
What we built
- A sharp, barbershop-styled custom site built around their real brand: the scissors-and-stars logo, an engraved serif to match, and photography from their own shoot on the training floor.
- A native application form that replaced the Google Form and feeds a private enrollment CRM: every lead tracked through a five-stage pipeline (New → Contacted → Packet sent → Enrolled), with notes, search, and CSV export.
- Instant email notifications: the moment someone applies, the owner gets the lead's details in his inbox and can reply to the applicant with one tap.
- A public walk-in services section: hours and pricing for the $10 haircuts and shaves that let students train on real clients.
- Passwordless magic-link admin access. No logins to remember, nothing to install.
- A careful DNS migration off Google Sites that kept the owner's Google email untouched, plus structured data so hours and services can appear in search.
The whole system, site, form, CRM, and automations, runs without a single page-builder subscription, and the owner manages leads from his phone.
The result
A credible, professional home for a brand-new school: applicants get a real first impression, every lead is captured and worked in one place, and walk-in customers can find the shop's hours and prices. Live on their own domain at capitolbarbercollege.com.
